hello!

I’m Tom, and I write music for short films, long films, adverts, idents and everything else in between.

I’ve had the pleasure of composing rock songs for ‘This is Spinal Tap’ (check out the Blu-ray), writing scores for meaningful projects, like Women’s Aid, ‘Deserve to be Heard’ national campaign, and creating evolving soundscapes for the year-long exhibition, ‘SHE_SEES’ at Portsmouth Historic Dock in 2025. I’ve recently composed the music for ‘The Little Cinema in Gloucester’, a short documentary which is heading on the festival circuit this year and next.

In addition to film composition, I also produce films. I’m currently working on the feature length documentary ‘Black Dog Way’ as Producer and Music Editor, set for release in 2025.

My experience in this dual role has given me a valuable insight into the filmmaking process, allowing me to collaborate more closely with directors and understand their vision. It helps me create music that not only enhances the narrative but also aligns seamlessly with the overall production. If you’re looking to collaborate, get in touch, it’d be great to hear from you.
